Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using SentiHome ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial and paid subscribers.
2. Service description
SentiHome provides AI-powered smart home monitoring, energy analytics, and automation for compatible smart home devices (Shelly, Ring, and others). The Service includes a web dashboard, AI agent, and alert delivery via Telegram or email.
3. Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- One account per person/organization (unless on Business plan)
- You must be 16+ years old to create an account
4. Free trial and paid plans
- Free Trial (€0): 3 months, up to 10 devices, no credit card required
- Home (€9/month): up to 100 devices, 1 home
- Pro (€15/month): multi-home, unlimited devices per home
- Business (€49/month): unlimited homes, white-label, SLA support
- Billing is monthly, charged at start of each period
- Cancel anytime — access continues until end of paid period
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service to control devices in a way that endangers safety
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Share your account credentials with others (except Business plan multi-user)
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
6. Availability and uptime
We target 99.5% uptime. We are not liable for outages caused by AWS, Shelly Cloud, or third-party services. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. The Service is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee that all automations or alerts will fire in 100% of cases.
7. Limitation of liability
SentiHome is a monitoring and assistance tool — it is not a safety system. Do not rely on SentiHome as your sole means of home security. We are not liable for damages caused by device failures, missed alerts, or incorrect AI recommendations. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
